I get a new phone, how do I reload WHERE on my phone?
On most mobile carriers, when you purchase a new phone you will have to re-subscribe to any applications such as WHERE that you previously had on your phone. For instructions on how to subscribe, please see the question ‘How Do I Get WHERE on my Phone?’.Once you’re subscribed to the WHERE application on your phone, you can change your phone model by visiting www.where.com and clicking on the ‘Change my phone model’ link at the bottom of the page.

Some additional info about changing phone models. Once you load WHERE on to the new phone, you will see a Menu option called “Web Activation” on the WHERE Home Page. When you go to the “Web Activation” screen, simply enter the User Name and Password of your old WHERE Web Account. Once you do this, log in to your Web Account on www.where.com and change the phone model. By following these steps, you will be able to get the Widgets from your old WHERE Account on your new Phone.
